PLEASE READ below before filling out our catering form
GOOD TO KNOW
1. We can offer 10% off order over 25 pretzels
2. The earliest we are able to serve is at 10:30am. We are able to prepare earlier, but this may incur an extra labour charge.
3. Pretzels are best eaten in the first 30 minutes of their life - so it's always a good idea to pick up right before your event. This also makes it harder for us to do EXTREMELY large orders.
4. We will require a confirmation email from you 48 hours before you plan to pick up your order.
5. We prefer that you pay a day before collection. For bank transfers, we require a copy of your remittence transaction. If you prefer to pay via credit card, we will call you to collect your information.

Although we aren’t able to change our menu items, if you ordered items that already fit your dietary requirements we will ensure that they are prepared safely.

Again, this depends on the situation, but usually yes!
