Uber Eats works on a “roaming radius”, depending on the amount of drivers and delivery people they have working at the time. Sometimes the radius shrinks to accommodate, and we are no longer visible to you.
We prepare all our pretzels in the same environment so unfortunately we cannot guarantee that there is no contamination.
A plain pretzel has roughly 312 calories, but when toppings are added this amount increases.
All of our pretzels are handmade so we cannot ensure that every pretzel sold is identical, which is why we weigh each pretzel before baking. It’s the same amount of pretzel, just beautiful in its own way!
All our pretzels are hand-rolled and made to order, this means we have to allow for preparation and cooking time. We don’t like to give out pretzels that have been sitting out all day!
Because all pretzels are made in the same environment, we cannot guarantee that there are no traces of nuts in our products.

Join the Team
After you’ve filled out your application we do a lil reference check. If everything’s good we’ll give you a call or email to set up an interview (typically via Zoom) to see if you’re a good fit. If you are, we’ll get you in-store for a trial and onboarded for a casual, part-time or full-time position.
We look for energetic, charismatic people who work hard and help others out. Some of our stores are quite small, and you’ll often have to work in small teams, which can be a great opportunity to get to know the team.. If you fit these criteria, and are passionate about customer service and high quality products, apply now!
We regularly have positions open from casual to full time. Make sure to check for any available positions.
Depending on the store. We have hours available from regular day shifts, after school shifts, or if you are a night-owl, we’ve got plenty of late night shifts as well! Actual number of hours will be dictated by your employment type.
It is one of our core values to help our existing family take advantage of new opportunities and make steps forward within the company. As positions become available we will reach out to staff that have flagged their interest before taking it to the public. We are also able to facilitate any training or upskilling required to take on new responsibilities.

Sure do! Although we aren’t able to accept every order. Check out our catering page to see if your event is eligible.
Although we aren’t able to change our menu items, if you ordered items that already fit your dietary requirements we will ensure that they are prepared safely.
