Our Values
Since its inception, Pretzel has been dedicated to creating an environment of taking life less seriously. Although we highly value professionalism and hard work, we think the result of those qualities should ultimately be having fun. We’re extremely passionate about delivering a consistent quality, and creating engaging and unique food experiences.
We measure everything based on intention. We aren’t necessarily outcomes expectant, instead we look for considerable acts of effort, learning and adjusting.

We believe in strength in numbers (the more brains the better!), so an optimised flow of communication has always been at the forefront of Pretzel. We always encourage those struggling to ask for help, and those with ideas to speak up.

Creativity is basically on the tin when it comes to Pretzel! A key aspect of our company is the visual experience of the customer, and we are constantly seeking ways to improve and update our creative output. We look for people that are both business savvy and creatively inclined.
