Once upon a time...

Pretzel is Australia’s Pinkest bakery and  brainchild of Perth local, Brittany Garbutt. Starting in 2017 in a shipping container, we made one thing… pretzels. Thanks to our niche focus, the coming years were spent perfecting our pretzel recipe (inspired by American-style pretzels) and pumping them out fresh everyday! As our popularity grew to a cult following, Pretzel spread its pink perfection across WA, being noticed for our aesthetically-motivated store designs and a fresh new approach to hospitality branding in Perth.
 
In 2019, we headed to Victoria, and have since set up 4 stores across Melbourne. In our expansion we have been committed to maintaining excellence in both customer service and quality of product, and have strived to uphold our most important value: fun.
